Donation Terms and Conditions

By finalising your financial gift to Evangelism Explosion Uganda, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose of Financial Gift Distribution: You certify that this contribution is given freely to support our core mission of partnering with the local church to train believers to share their faith in Jesus Christ with confidence. Donations will support ministry efforts, including our adult local church clinics/workshops, children, teens, and youth training programs, and specialised programs like Prison EE and Refugee Camp Initiatives.
2. Legal and Tax Status: Evangelism Explosion Uganda is a legally registered Christian non-profit organisation (Registered March 13, 2009). A digital tax donation receipt generated automatically by our donation platform will be emailed to the address provided during checkout for your personal financial records.
3. Recurring Giving Authorisations: Selecting a recurring partner option authorises Evangelism Explosion Uganda to automatically process future transactions at your chosen intervals (e.g., monthly) using the tokenised payment details provided. You maintain complete control over this commitment and can pause, edit, or terminate your financial partnership at any time through your Donor Dashboard or by emailing donations@eeuganda.org.
4. Data Integrity: Financial processing happens entirely within secure, encrypted third-party environments. Evangelism Explosion Uganda does not store, see, or handle credit card numbers or banking passwords on our local servers.
