Evangelism Explosion Uganda Donation Refund Policy

1. General Policy: All financial contributions made to Evangelism Explosion Uganda (EEU) via our website are voluntary, final, and non-refundable. As a registered non-profit Christian mission organisation, donated funds are directly utilised to finance discipleship training, purchase training materials, and equip local churches across Uganda to share the Gospel.
2. Exceptions and Corrections: We will review refund requests strictly under the following operational errors:

• A technical issue within our giving platform resulted in an accidental duplicate transaction.
• The contribution was processed erroneously due to a software or system defect.
• The donation was made fraudulently or without the cardholder’s authorisation.

3. Window for Submission: Refund requests must be sent in writing to our administration at donations@eeuganda.org within 30 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted outside this timeframe cannot be reversed.
4. Processor Constraints: Online giving is facilitated via encrypted payment processors. In the event of an approved refund, please note that third-party processing institutions may retain their baseline transaction fees. The amount returned to your account will reflect these deductions.
