Through Glasses for Missions, we seek to glorify God by using the glasses project to enable people in Uganda to read the Bible, and to show the love of Christ in presenting the Gospel, the “GOOD NEWS” that JESUS saves sinners!
A Three fold Purpose
For many people it is their eyesight that keeps them from reading God’s word. Glasses for Mission desires to glorify God by providing a reliable pair of eyeglasses to people of every nation enabling them to read His word. The 3 fold purposes of Glasses for Mission;
- EQUIP with tools and training to provide reliable eyesight.
- ADVANCE the kingdom of God by presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all who receive eyeglasses.
- TRAIN local missionaries and nationals in eyeglass fabrication to carry on the vision.
